The WoW Paladin Leveling Guide
Of all the classes that are there in Warcraft, Paladins are simply the best of the lot, and with the latest additions in the terms of expansions and patches it has become more useful. Not only can they be used for inflicting damage, but also as healers and tanks.
For any group in Warcraft it is very important to have a good mix of healing, tanking and DPS for grouping and raiding, and these roles are best played by Paladins and Druids. Due to their excellent tanking abilities, they are considered to be a favorite among people playing Warcraft. However controlling the things that are under their control becomes tough, when they have monsters to keep in control.
There are certain special abilities that are possessed by Paladins that make them a valuable class in Warcraft. After every one hour in the game they get the power to completely heal any target that they want to. They can also be sacrificed in order to make a target immune for a few minutes and then remove them from the combat when the need be so. This proves to be a very useful way of saving crews.
Paladins also have great buffs that increase the effectiveness of a group tremendously. One buff, which only lasts for 10 minutes, can be used on a single person while the other buff, which lasts for half an hour, can last up to 30 minutes and can be used on the entire group. Both offer significant advantages to those who are affected.
There is another quite important thing that one has to remember about Paladins and that is their mana. When the mana bar is low Paladins need to find ways to increase their mana. They can do so either by taking a potion or taking help form Druids. Without enough mana Paladins are hardly of any use.
Much like warriors Paladins are also armored, and do not have any of the weapons that cane be helpful in fighting over a long range. However they can be provided with Librams that are very much like wands. With each talent specialization one can get more Librams thus increasing the capability of the Paladins.
While playing a Paladin, you must be very aware of how much mana you have at any given time, as running out could be detrimental to your group. It would be wise to carry many mana potions and to ensure that you never run out if you have the ability to do something about it. Also, when it town, be sure to get all the repairs you need. As you acquire level 80 gear, it would be wise to repair often, as the price can become very cumbersome.
