Android Powered Sony Ericson Soon To Be Official

November 16th, 2009

Okay. There is some news for you all you gadget freaks, and if you happen to be a Sony Ericson fan, the news must have already reached you. But just in case, you didn’t; cheer up, for this is the prefect place you have come to. Okay, without keeping you confused for long, let me reveal the news that Sony Ericson (SE) will soon release its new handset.

Well, I hadn’t known about it either until I stumbled upon a tech blog and this particular post that talked discussed about the new Sony Ericson handset. As what the author of the post says, people are expecting that the new Sony Ericson handset may be calledSony Ericson Xperia(X3, X5, and X10) or the Rachael Project. The post very clearly states that this news is no rumor SE has already given several hints of the release of the new handset.

A little excerpt from the what the author of the post has written:

“Sony Ericsson has leaked an official sales brochure of this, its make-or-break project, revealing some features of the handset. The company has also created a teaser page on their website that says “We’re looking forward to November 3rd. We think you should be too.” Add to that the tracking code on the link from the teaser page to the homepage mentions Rachael, and at the same time Sony Ericsson (South Africa) also confirms on Twitter that they will unveil the Rachael project on November 3rd.”

This time is the first there has been some move from SE giving some proof of the handset becoming official soon. SE may call it another Xperia (X3, X5 or X10) or the Rachael project, but for now we’re going to refer it as Rachael.”

For more details about Sony Ericson and the new handset, I would suggest you directly go to the original post – Android Powered Sony Ericson Xperia X3[Or X5/ X10]i.e Rachael Almost Official
