Sony Ericsson seems to be going through real difficult times. Although Sony Ericsson denies the fact that there is any serious problem, it has brought out a firmware to fix the bug and also speed up the process. However, the new firmware is available only in a few regeions out of all Satio markets.

People who have used this firmware are satisfied as the firmware solved the issue (the bug). But again, it is only certain section of Satio users which has the access to this firmware.

The firmware not available to all Satio user is a little strange as this may lead to Sony Ericsson’s reputation falling down (the drop in the Sony Ericsson mobile phone sales already point out that)
